Sundance Without the Fuss

Don’t you love it when a plan comes together? Several days before the start of the Sundance Film Festival began Larry Feldman of Feldman PR stopped by the office and explained that his client, Sundance Organic, a producer of Superfruit teas was introducing a martini cocktail at the Festival. The window of opportunity was 5 working days and since this was last minute, there was barely anything left in the marketing budget.

What’s a distributor to do? We were all over this like a splash of vermouth. Larry came up with the concept of a martini glass with the Sundance Organic logo. We cleaned up the artwork in minutes and our favorite glass decorator had the right inventory. The price was within their budget and the glasses were delivered in time for the event. Feldman, true to his word, got the press to photograph the glasses and they appeared the next day on the front page of the Salt Lake Tribune Festival section.
